Loved everything.. great products and really excellent service. The only issue I had was the R100 delivery fee which I felt for the proximity to the store is a bit high. This could be adjusted.

Never had a bad experience since getting to know these guys by accident.
We had a problem with the delivery service. They didn’t call me to notify the arrival of the package 2 times in a row but after calling the delivery service to add instructions to the delivery note to on how to use my specific intercom system since that was the only way they could notify me (no phones are suppose to be used on the job according to their Sandton branch which doesn’t seem safe or reasonable for anyone involved) but it might help to adjust your customers’ orders so they can add specific instructions optionally (if you still use them, but you shouldn’t have to compromise on your image for average service from a 3rd party. Just like I shouldnt have to think less of Green Easy because the products are better than that). Otherwise the tracking site was simple to understand and use for accurate tracking considering the fact that you don’t know exactly what time they’d come and how to contact them otherwise. Thank you for the discount and free delivery on the next purchase, I’m actually excited coz the lollipops were fuego.

Sometimes it shows items on sale but when you get to check out it’s the normal price. Pictures should match the product your selling.

The bears never did anything to all of us, I had 7 each and a lolly pop but I was never elevated. None of my friends were, the bears ruined our day.

If products are not available remove them from the online catalogue – I paid for a specific flavor and only after I pay I’m told that the flavour I want is out of stock and are now asked to choose another. Its is plain WRONG and not the right way to sell. So I chose other flavours out of duress – weary of the whole refund process. I was not at all pleased – I felt tricked into spending and buying
